Payroll

Payroll is a reflection of an organisation, so we understand how important of a function it is. We dedicate ourselves to ensuring timely processing and compliance. Also, we provide critical feedback to owners collected from the Payroll function.

Some tasks may include:

  • Complete the payroll process on a weekly/fortnightly basis

  • Set up employees’ detail in the system

  • Maintaining employee records and update employee changes accurately and in timely manner

  • Manage and maintaining HR records

  • Manage and update payroll information per applicable awards and individual agreements

  • Work closely with employers in implementing effective workforce management strategies

  • Staying up to date with all regulatory changes

  • Contribute Superannuation monthly/quarterly

  • Annual Leave reconciliation

  • Monthly Payroll Tax Calculation and Lodgement to SRO

  • PAYG Calculation and Lodgement to ATO

  • STP (Single Touch Payroll) compliance with ATO

  • Annual Payroll Tax Reconciliation

  • Annual Workcover Reconciliation

  • Update Public Holiday dates each year
