Some tasks may include:

Complete the payroll process on a weekly/fortnightly basis

Set up employees’ detail in the system

Maintaining employee records and update employee changes accurately and in timely manner

Manage and maintaining HR records

Manage and update payroll information per applicable awards and individual agreements

Work closely with employers in implementing effective workforce management strategies

Staying up to date with all regulatory changes

Contribute Superannuation monthly/quarterly

Annual Leave reconciliation

Monthly Payroll Tax Calculation and Lodgement to SRO

PAYG Calculation and Lodgement to ATO

STP (Single Touch Payroll) compliance with ATO

Annual Payroll Tax Reconciliation

Annual Workcover Reconciliation

Update Public Holiday dates each year
